PEACE 2010 Graduate Joseph Philpott gives a breakdown of his experience as a taskforce Bible worker in Dalton-in-Furness:

The last year has been a challenging year. I've certainly learnt a lot.

PEACE is a very good training school preparing you for being a Taskforce Worker but nothing prepares you for working in the world than actually working in the world. Over the last year, I've learned of time management, working with individuals from all walks of life and backgrounds, the doctrines and beliefs of our church more thoroughly but most of all, I've learnt of how to be a Taskforce Worker.

"Just to share with you of an experience, I'd like to tell you of Pam. Firstly, Aaron and I met this middle-aged, lady named Pam. Up until the event I'm about to share with you, we hadn't really talked much. Then, as we were walking to revisit a contact, we passed her in the street. She was about to get into the car as we said hello. We made small talk and she said that she had been struggling with her boyfriend. I gently said, “Well if you need somebody to talk to, we're always here for you.” At that, she walked around the car to where we were standing and proceeded to unload her burdens. To cut a long story short, the conversation ended with her crying and me praying for her in the street as people walked by. What a blessing that was for myself, let alone herself and Aaron."

PEACE 3 week night introduction class in Leeds 27th Feb - 15th Mar:

Are you desiring to know more about your Bible and how to share your faith with others around you? Do you want to be enabled to evangelise but you just dont have the time? We at PEACE are providing a 3 week night intoduction class of training classes. We will give you an intense short-term training experience which will enable, equip and empower you to effectively share your faith.

We will cover topics such as: The Mission and message of God's Remnant People, an overview of Daniel and Revelation, how to share the Bible, how to reach the Heart, answering common objections, preaching for decisions, and how to implement the Evangelistic cycle.

Our first introduction class will be held in Leeds central SDA church, 169 Meanwood Road, Corner of Oatland Place, Leeds, LS7 1JW.

Dates 27th Feb - 15th Mar. Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays 7pm - 9pm.

PEACE Alumni in Manchester 2nd - 3rd March 2012:

The PEACE Alumni present to you a programme which will be a blessing to you and anyone who you bring.

The PEACE graduates will be leading out in a Fri - Sat programme dedicated to making sure you receive a blessing.

- We will be providing lively presentations by Pastor John Bradshaw. You don't want to miss out on this, we guarantee that you will be blessed.

Saturday - 9:15am - 9:00pm - We will be blessed at:

St Peters House, University Precinct, Oxford Road , Manchester , M13 9GH

- Our main speaker will be Pastor John Bradshaw from 'It is written'.

- Listen to the testimonies of what the PEACE Alumni are doing.

- Music.

- Speak to any of our graduates and ask them any questions you may have about evangelism, Bible studies, being involved in your church and how to have a meaningful relationship with God.

- Presentations from PEACE Alumni to show you what work they are doing for God in UK and abroad.

- Evening 'Pillars of our Faith' concert (free).
